The front door opens to a flagstone entrance hall/dining room with exposed beams, original cast-iron range set below a sandstone mantle. Accessed off the hallway, the utility room provides a ground floor WC, Belfast sink, washing machine, boot and coat store. The spacious lounge features an open stone fireplace, wooden floors, comfy sofas and chairs. Off the lounge is a second sitting room with a large TV entertainment cabinet with DVD and CD players. From the TV lounge there is a second staircase leading to the third bedroom.

'A' frame beam, limed wooden floors and a wall of panelled cupboards. The third double bedroom has its' own en-suite shower and WC. A second staircase leads off the bedroom to the TV lounge below. The main bathroom has timber wainscoting, large bath, WC and basin.
