Alstonefield Manor bed & breakfast
Room rates range from £80.00 to £120.00 per night for two persons. This includes our candle-lit breakfast and afternoon tea. Due to demand we only take two night bookings at weekends. In the main house we can accommodate up to six persons. All our rooms have spectacular views over the Manor lawns and into the hills.
The Old Estate Rooms self-catering
The Old Estate Rooms are available weekly (Fri - Fri), mid-week (Mon - Fri) and weekends (Fri
- Mon) and sleeps 2. The Estate Rooms can also be booked in combination with the main house providing accommodation for 8 in four doubles.
Top of Hope Farm self-catering
Top of Hope Farm is available weekly (Fri - Fri), mid-week (Mon - Fri) and weekends (Fri
- Mon) and can sleep 6 in three double bedrooms.
Pets are welcome in Alstonefield Manor and Old Estate Rooms with an additional £10 cleaning charge. The stables, paddocks and gardens can be hired by arrangement. A dry bike store, cot and high chair are all available. The gardens are available to hire for events and private functions.
When you make a booking we will need a contact phone number and also an estimated time of arrival. Keys are available from Alstonefield Manor after 4.00 on your arrival day. Guests can arrive earlier and park in the stable yard by prior arrangement. Please vacate your room/s before 11.00 am on your day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 6.00 pm please let us know so we can make plans for key collection. A 50% deposit is required on all bookings with the remainder due before departure. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is not refundable. Please note that we cannot accept credit or debit card payments.
